April 7, 2017
Q & A | What are some of the most common misconceptions about Texas probate/estates encountered with underwriting calls?
April 19, 2017First National Title Insurance Company (FNTI) licensed its 101st agent this week with the approval of Monarch Title of Texas, LLC in Fulshear, Texas, which is in Ft. Bend County. Our goal has always been to carefully add agents that share our entrepreneurial vision of the title industry and that adhere to the rigorous standards we implemented as part of our quality assurance controls. FNTI agents are some of the most respected and admired agents in the state, and we are proud to have them as a part of our network of independent-minded title agents. While over 100 agents is a great milestone, it is the quality of the agent, not the number of agents that drives our recruiting efforts.
Due to your positive response and statements that our team provides the support you need to grow your business, we have been able to add to our network. And your willingness to demonstrate that you do business with those you “know, like, and trust” enhances our ability to add the quality agents we want to join our team.
With the agent network continuing to grow, we have had to add additional support staff. Please welcome Kristine Prather, our new receptionist and data entry specialist. Feel free to introduce yourself to the new voice of FNTI. She is looking forward to answering your calls and directing you to the appropriate department to answer your questions or find a solution for your needs.
