LATEST NEWS: First National Title Insurance Company Adds Agency Manager & Underwriting Counsel in Mid-Atlantic Region

PLANO, TEXAS – First National Title Insurance Company (FNTI) is pleased to announce the addition and welcome of John Micciche and Ned Livornese to the FNTI family.

John Micciche, regionally recognized veteran of the title industry for over 34 years, will serve as VP, agency manager responsible for the support and growth of the Mid-Atlantic Region, including Maryland, Delaware, and DC.

Mid-Atlantic Region Agency Manager Anthony Nalbone states “John’s extensive background in title insurance and all facets of the agency business make him a valuable asset and a well- known, trusted business partner to title agents. John’s commitment to providing accredited education to our agents will pay dividends in cost savings and claims avoidance.”

Ned Livornese has joined FNTI as National and Mid-Atlantic Underwriting Counsel. Ned is an attorney and industry veteran who resides in Maryland but began his legal and title insurance careers in Boulder, Colorado. He operated his own 25-employee title insurance agency in Colorado for many years before joining a Maryland title insurance agency in 2010 as general counsel. Since 2014, Ned has worked as a Maryland state underwriter or national underwriter for two national title insurers.

“Having owned my own title insurance agency and having performed all of the job functions at my own company, I know what it is like to search titles, issue title insurance commitments and policies, and perform closings. I try to translate this experience into practical ‘insider’ advice for everyone that I underwrite for,” Livornese said. “I am excited to contribute my skills to First National Title Insurance Company as it expands its footprint nationwide.”
