John’s commitment to providing accredited education to our agents will pay dividends in cost savings and claims avoidance.”
“I’m grateful to have been given the opportunity to join First National Title as we enter the Maryland, Delaware, and District of Columbia markets,” says Micciche, “Our commitment to place the needs and success of our agents FIRST and finding ways to ‘get the deal done’ expeditiously are the differentiating factors for mutual success. Agents want to do business with people they know, like–and most important–trust.”
Ned Livornese has joined FNTI as National and Mid-Atlantic Underwriting Counsel. Ned is an attorney and industry veteran who resides in Maryland but began his legal and title insurance careers in Boulder, Colorado. Since 2014, Ned has worked as a Maryland state underwriter or national underwriter for two national title insurers.
“Having owned my own title insurance agency and having performed all of the job functions at my own company, I know what it is like to search titles, issue title insurance commitments and policies, and perform closings. I try to translate this experience into practical ‘insider’ advice for everyone that I underwrite for,” Livornese said. “I am excited to contribute my skills to First National Title Insurance Company as it expands its footprint nationwide.”
General Counsel David Hays added “Ned brings a wealth of national underwriting knowledge, experience, and leadership further strengthening our existing, excellent, and accomplished legal team. Ned’s seasoned career makes him an invaluable asset to both FNTI and our agency partners. We are excited and honored to have Ned join FNTI’s legal team.”
