As we enter our seventh year of business, First National Title Insurance Company (FNTI) is ready for the “seven year itch.”  Meaning, we are ready to make some changes and up our game.  Over the past seven years, we have consistently grown our market share, added great support staff, improved our technical advancements and positioned FNTI to be your underwriter of choice.  Now we want to take FNTI to the next level. And that includes being more visible, more involved, and more attuned to your needs.

Becoming your resource for education and training is one of our primary focuses in 2018.  Last year, our legal and agency team presented almost 100 seminars for Realtors with over 1,300 attendees.  Our monthly webinar series was also viewed by over 1,300 escrow officers and through our affiliation with the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA) we sponsored over 600 courses of on-demand video trainings.  This year we intend to increase those numbers and help you drive Realtor business into your office.  Contact your agency representative to schedule a training course.

We have one of the best underwriting teams in the state and plan to take them on the road this year.  You will have an opportunity to meet them in person and get to know them as they present a variety of underwriting topics in a training/panel format.  It is extremely important that you get to know our underwriters, as they each have a unique skill set that brings value to you and your staff.  They understand your business and are committed to helping you close those transactions.  Please take advantage of this resource this year.

Our agency staff is gearing up for a very busy 2018.  We have an aggressive plan to see you and your staff on a regular basis–to make our visits timely and relevant.  We will seek your input on ways to grow your business and find solutions to meet those growth goals.  Our newest resource for you to take advantage of is the FNTI Title Production Service.  FNTI now has the ability to provide your operations with title evidence in the North Texas region.  Our experienced staff is based locally and has the capacity to handle your examination needs.
