As we enter the third quarter of 2017 and begin the wind down of this incredibly busy and hot (both figuratively and literally) summer, it is time to take stock of our combined efforts. Independent agent revenue is higher than it has ever been and total revenues for First National Title Insurance Company (FNTI) are on pace to reach $100M this year. That is an incredible milestone for a five-year-old company. Our growth rate is attributed to the support of the independent agents we serve. Your success is our top priority. We are constantly looking for new technologies, services, sales techniques, marketing tools, and business-to-business connections that will help you increase your market share. Our team focuses on identifying and meeting your needs. We are committed to earning your business by growing your business.

As I have said from the very beginning, our success is a direct result of the relationships we develop with our independent agents. It is your success that drives our success. We surpassed the 100 agent mark earlier in the year and continue to add quality agents to our network on a regular basis. I believe that the independent agents are looking for a business partner and FNTI is that partner.

The national economy and the strong housing sector in Texas, Arizona, Florida, and New Mexico are positive factors in our success. We are fortunate to do business in the most robust areas of the country. Economist Dr. Mark Dotzour gave an optimistic presentation at the Texas Land Title Association conference in June, and I believe we will continue to see strong growth and an active real estate market for the remainder of 2017 and well into 2018.
