As we finished up the June 2017 financial statements, a number of thoughts came to my mind. First, I am so thankful to be in the title industry in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and Florida. Since March 2012 FNTI has had growth rates that ranged from 30% – 60% with this year settling in at 30%.
In order to maintain that level of growth, we have invested in the technology, the legal staff, the sales staff and the support staff to continue to earn your business. FNTI is now fully integrated with both RamQuest and SoftPro – which means doing business with us is easier than ever. The legal team is extremely busy answering your underwriting calls and e-mails – finding solutions for you to close your transactions. Our sales team is focused on earning your business by educating, encouraging and entertaining you and your staff. Finally, our support staff has a complete understanding of all our systems and processes, and are a phone call or e-mail away from resolving any operational issue.
