Message from the CEO | Meet our Newest Team Members

First National Title Insurance Company (FNTI) is committed to growing your business and ours.  In previous blogs, I stated that we had the resources and tools to help you with your educational, marketing, underwriting, and title production needs.  As our services have grown, so has our staff.  Since January 2018, we have added nine new team members to the FNTI family.  I am proud to introduce you to the following group of professionals.  It is important that you get to know their duties and responsibilities and how to contact them.

Please welcome:

Our Florida underwriting team has grown with the addition of our in-house underwriting counsel—Mara Alyson; two examiners—Ginger Clements and Melissa Herman; and our newest agency representative—Ryan Peterson.  As the volume of business picked up, we added the staff to be prepared for substantial growth in the Sunshine State.

We have also seen an increase in orders at our Texas title production facility and have added two new examiners to this department, Nereida Almos and Karen O’Neal.   Finally, we started an Arizona title department and are getting the word out that we can assist our agents with overflow orders and policy production.  Tracey Shaw is responsible to share that good news with our Arizona agent network.

Having an FNTI team member available to train and educate your staff is one of our top priorities.  We strongly believe in the benefits of education and have added April Roberts as the director of education & training.  She will be contacting our agents to determine their needs and provide a solution.

Lacey Beard is the new voice of FNTI and will direct your calls and inquiries to the proper department.  We do not believe in automated, computer generated phone options and will do our best to respond immediately to your needs.

The staff we added is a direct response to your needs being met.  And we will continue to add staff as necessary.  Please join me in welcoming the newest members of our FNTI family.  We all appreciate the opportunity to be of service you and your staff and to finding ways to expand your business.
