Out & About: Mid-Coast Title Company Columbus Location Ribbon in Colorado County!
July 29, 2021Message from the CEO | Continued Growth & New Regions
August 5, 2021As we start another incredible quarter of growth and expansion, First National Title Insurance Company (FNTI) has created additional regions to accommodate the needs of our new staff and new territories. In a very short time, FNTI is now licensed in 29 states and has hired 20 new employees. This recent surge in activity is a direct result of the plans we developed over two years ago. We identified the best states in which the independent agents operate, then we found the most talented legal and sales teams in those states, and finally, we began implementing an overall strategy to attract the best independent agents in those states.
As we announced in our recent flurry of press releases, we now have regions in the Great Lakes, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast. These areas are created around the talents of Jacquie Brink in Michigan, Anthony Nalbone, John Micciche, and Ned Livornese in Virginia and Maryland, and our newest hire (soon to be announced) in the Southeast. These areas are ripe for an entrepreneurial company like FNTI, and we will use the success and experience of our new teams to take full advantage of these opportunities. We also improved our Florida potential with the addition of Brad Jones and his growing team.
Through June 2021, FNTI experienced a large increase in remittances from you—our independent agents. Revenues are up over 30 percent due to two things:
- An increase in the number of transactions we are insuring.
- The increased value of these properties.
Couple that phenomenon with the fact that we do business in the “hottest” states in the country! We realize how fortunate and grateful we are to do business with you and your team of dedicated employees
I like the plan we have in place and look forward to gaining more national market share from the Big Four Underwriters. Most importantly, our growth is contingent upon your continued success in this market. Please let us help grow your local, state, and regional market shares.
On a cautionary note, we have agents reporting an increase in COVID-19 exposures. We want to encourage you to follow the CDC guidelines regarding the Delta virus strain and continue to keep your employees and clients safe from this new threat.
