FNTI CEO, Chris Phillips, stated, “We are proud to be associated with the most recent Good Deeds Foundation’s emergency grant to the Community Foundation of Lincoln County. DJ Horn, our SVP, Southwest Region Agency Manager, is very familiar with the title insurance agents in the area impacted by the South Fork and Salt wildfires near Ruidoso, NM. When he heard how the fires affected the title agent’s employees and surrounding community, he immediately recognized the need created by these devastating fires and reached out to the ALTA for support. The ALTA team responded immediately and awarded the emergency grant within 30 days of DJ’s initial contact. We are grateful to the ALTA for our partnership and their support for the Lincoln County community.”
DJ Horn added, “I have traveled in this area of New Mexico for years and have met some amazing people. I followed the fire news very closely and was in contact with an agent I have become friends with, and my heart wanted to do something for the community. I knew we were a founding member of the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation and simply made a call. I hope this helps families and businesses in need and wish for a speedy recovery from the fires and now extensive flooding.”
