October 27, 2020First National Title Insurance Company (FNTI) is excited to announce the addition of Kristen Jorgensen to its western region as agency representative with the expansion into the state of Utah. Jorgensen is a 12-year veteran in the title industry working on the agency side as an escrow assistant, officer, and manager with a national title company.
“I’m excited to be part of a growing, quickly expanding underwriter with a company culture that aligns with how I like to do business in that “people do business with those they know, like, and trust,” says Jorgensen. She will cover Utah and take on more states as the company grows.
“Kristen has a proven track record of helping agents succeed and grow their business,” Western Region Manager Brian Phillips said in a release, “I am thrilled to have such a passionate and hard worker on our team and I look forward to seeing what the future holds for Kristen and FNTI.”
With this expansion into additional states and future growth plans, FNTI has also added to the operations team Courtney Hartley as National Forms Manager. Hartley started in the title insurance industry in 2005 as a title researcher and escrow officer at a family-owned title company in rural Kansas, where she developed a passion for the intricacies of title searches and procedures. For the last 11 years, Hartley was a team lead/manager at a title and closing software company, specializing in developing and implementing title and escrow forms for title companies, settlement agents, and underwriters across the nation.
“I have always enjoyed working with FNTI employees in my previous role, and I am thrilled to be part of a company with such an strong dedication to their agents,” says Hartley.
Courtney will maintain the title forms for FNTI’s current states, as well as working with the team to create new forms packages as the company expands nationwide.

FNTI is now licensed and operational in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Florida, Colorado, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Utah with expansion plans for 15 additional states by end of this year and 16 more by end of 2021.
