Q & A | Can a disabled veteran pay zero taxes on their homestead?
May 17, 2017Relationships are a natural, intentional association between people built over time. The FNTI Florida Team of Jay Hansli, Audra Tyler, John Redding, and I visited a few offices of First International Title in Florida this past week at a “Lunch and Learn.” As I observed the conversations and interaction, I witnessed the importance and influence a personal relationship creates in a business relationship. Jay and the ladies in the office clearly have a mutual trust and respect for each other from working together in the past, and opening that relationship up to Audra and John was extremely valuable to this phenomenal First International group. This type of voluntary bond is clearly a successful influence on business retention, which is why we should all take the time to build relationships with our clients.
