January 18, 2017Welcome 2017! As each year begins, people flock to the gym in January to fulfill a New Year resolution to become fit. In the same way, January is a good time to assess the fitness level of our companies. We have to understand our business health level in order to improve it. I hope to provide you some beginning thoughts to help start this analysis for any company and turn 2017 into the very best year yet!
A physical body cannot perform at its full potential unless we understand its starting point, identify specific training exercises to perform, and then test it. Our companies are no different. If a company is healthy and fit, it will be ready to perform at full potential when our customers need it the most. In the title industry, that is every day. How can FNTI assist in designing a business health check program for your company? I would love to meet with you and ask a few questions to help start this process.
More and more I see photos of happy customers after a closing posted on Facebook. I think the title industry overall is very healthy, and all the economists are predicting an even better year in 2017. FNTI wants to do all it can to assist you in achieving the success you desire this year.
Now all I have to do is get to the gym and hope my body can catch up!
