Independent Agents’ Month: Outstanding Agent Award Winner – Eastern National Title Agency

Homebuilder K. Hovnanian Homes (KHOV) came to Texas in 1999 when it acquired Goodman Homes.  KHOV formed its own title company in 2012, originally called Fair Land Title Company, Inc., to close its home sales in the DFW region.  The name was later changed in 2019 to Eastern National Title Agency Texas, inc.  Eastern National now has an office in Houston with additional offices in ten other states.  

Zandra Baudoin manages the Plano office and has been closing KHOV home files since 2009 at another agency before the builder acquired the DFW Title Division.  “It has been a pleasure working with FNTI.  The customer service to their agents is top notch,” said Baudoin.  “We can always rely on FNTI to answer our questions and concerns in a timely manner and make us feel like we’re their only agent.”
