Southwest Title Insurance Company Adds Chad Hansen as Compliance/Regulatory Counsel

PLANO, TEXAS – Southwest Title Insurance Company* (SWTIC) is excited to announce the addition of Chad Hansen to the SWTIC team as Compliance/Regulatory Counsel.

Hansen comes to SWTIC with 23 years of experience in the title industry, with roles ranging from field operations to executive level positions. He has worked for regional and national underwriters and has owned and operated title agencies in several states. Hansen’s extensive legal experience and his willingness to learn and adapt will allow him to assist with regulatory and compliance issues as SWTIC expands into other states and other areas of business.
