Roberts brings nearly two decades of experience in the title insurance industry, with extensive expertise in operational management, compliance, and training on a national scale. She is recognized as a growth-oriented leader with a proven record in process improvement and large-scale production management.
Roberts joined FNTI in 2019 as Vice President, Director of Education & Training, where she successfully built out the company’s education programs and compliance initiatives. She later assumed oversight of FNTI’s rates and forms department, coordinating implementation with state regulators and technology partners to ensure accuracy and compliance across all operating states. In addition, she has been instrumental on FNTI’s Agency Support team, leveraging her proficiency in systems such as Resware, RamQuest, and FNTI’s proprietary FirstNet Pro platform to streamline processes and resolve production challenges for agents nationwide.
Before joining FNTI, Roberts directed large-scale operations managing more than 7,000 closings per month, demonstrating her ability to lead teams and execute at the highest level of industry standards.
