Regional Update with Brad Jones | Fall Agent Visits & Year End Wrap-up

Fall is coming to an end but before we tip our hats to another sweltering summer our team was out and about. Traveling to see massive growth in the market and down to Naples for NS3. We experienced renewed energy and a sense of what the rest of the year has in store. It was hot in South Florida, in late August, but so are our incredible agents we visited in Miami via Ft Lauderdale. The spirit and growth we witnessed in our title partners’ offices was as palpable as the heat walking into their offices.

The first office we journeyed to was Unlimited Title in Doral, FL. The hospitality at Emelinda and Guillermo office is like non-other. As we entered there were smiles all around and a delightful tray of Cubano coffees were offered. Brad, DJ and I are self-proclaimed coffee aficionados and let me tell you these did not disappoint! A very energetic conversation commenced. All things title, the housing market, and their plans to expand. It was easy to see why Unlimited Title has such a strong following. With their reliable and friendly staff, strict procedures, and family atmosphere, they stand out in the title industry. Emelinda even told us a rollicking good story about a client’s young toddler joining in on the signing and his cute antics. Way to include the whole family, Unlimited Title!

We also had the great treat of popping into visit Carline at her beloved, self-owned, Title Geeks in Miami. The Title Geeks are firmly cemented into the South Florida community and beyond. At the time we visited Title Geeks, Carline and her team were collecting first aid supplies for the Haiti Earthquake relief. They had a closet full of supplies and more flowing in daily. Carline also regaled us with stories about their, Closing Karaoke, which is a trademark of Title Geeks! By using Karaoke, as a way of calming her clients closing nerves, they’ve earned a reputation for adding fun to the very serious business of closing transactions. Title Geeks have also expanded into Tennessee. The sky is the limit for Carline and her ever growing team!

September also spirited in the NS3 conference in Naples. FNTI was there represented by many of our team members from all parts of the States. As a team we were able to catch up and talk shop. Learning from each other’s experiences in different markets and sharing tips. As well as rubbing elbows with industry leaders. We came away with great new relationships as well as fresh ideas to take to the market!

October found more visits this time in northern Florida and sharing ideas and stories of the market and how to grow in sales, but also knowledge of the market and industry. We at FNTI are working towards training classes to help with things like Social Media, process flows and sales efforts to grow your business.
