Chad Hansen comes to First National Title Insurance Company with nearly 25 years of experience in several aspects of the title industry. In 1998, Chad joined Dakota Homestead Title Insurance Company, a regional underwriter in Sioux Falls, SD. He was responsible for the operation of the underwriter as well as 17 agencies in 3 states. In 2011 he joined Westcor Land Title Insurance Company and was responsible for underwriting and agency services in 11 Midwestern states. In 2016 Chad moved to Old Republic National Title Insurance Company as a National Commercial Underwriter. Finally, Chad was at North American Title Insurance Company as a regional underwriting.
Chad’s experience in both the underwriting and agency of business allows him to understand the relationship between the two entities. He has helps both agents and underwrites grow and expand into new states. He has worked with lenders to provide solutions to both large and small commercial and residential transactions.
