FNTI Presents the “Red Kettle Award” to Texas Secure Title Team Member

Suzanne Tinsley treated the group at Texas Secure Title Company in Hurst, Texas with a class on service, kindness and commitment.  At the conclusion of the class, Lizzie Angle was selected by her leadership to receive the Red Kettle Award. Based upon the book “212 Degrees,” the Red Kettle Award is presented to a person who exhibits the traits and qualities of someone going the extra mile with customer service.
