Bulletin UNFL-Bulletin-2023-002-Annual Florida Administrative Surcharge is Due Monday, January 30th

This is a reminder to all Florida FNTI Agents that the annual Title Administrative Surcharge must be paid by January 30, 2023.

F.S. sec. 624.501(26)(e)(2) requires any title agency licensed in Florida to remit an administrative surcharge of $200 to the Florida Department of Financial Services. Failure to do so can result in a monetary penalty or license suspension.

Note that as of a couple of days ago, only 25% of Florida agents had paid this surcharge.
