Joan Tassy is one of the hardest working people in the title industry. Not only is Joan the Owner/Operator of Title101, she also serves as the licensed title agent of Waterford Title. Joan entered the industry over fifteen years ago as a processor and learned the business from the ground up. After several years, Joan became a licensed title agent and opened her own title processing company. As her reputation grew in the industry as a top rate processor in Broward County, Florida, she has been sought out as a consultant throughout the state. Joan currently serves as the licensed agent for Waterford Title in Miami-Dade and is expanding into Orlando within a few months. Joan’s dedication to her clients and title is reflected in her work. You often find Joan working closely with her clients, tackling title matters before the property is under contract.
