Vice President, Education & Training
April joins the FNTI team bringing with her 18 years of title experience. She dedicates herself to providing the best service by improving and cultivating an environment where everyone is informed and educated on the title/closing process. She is always seeking the most current information available within our industry, engaging her peers and colleagues on new and different processes, communicating effectively with all parties to ensure that every consumer, client, and party involved understands with certainty that they are her number one priority!
Her goal is to make sure the process is very smooth. She focuses on building relationships with clients, working as a team, and realizes that every day presents an opportunity to learn something new! She believes you should focus on what is important, capture the good times, and develop from the negatives to give the best overall customer service experience to all clients.

She is excited to share her love of the industry and hometown culture with her new husband Heath Roberts and her blended family. In her spare time, April enjoys working on the farm, spending time with family, and watching her children grow into beautiful, smart, compassionate people!
Vice President, Quality Field Manager
Cherí has more than 30 years of real estate, mortgage, and title experience beginning as a Realtor in 1976. She has spent the majority of her career in the title industry as an escrow officer, branch manager, national training officer, and most recently as a compliance and quality assurance officer for a regional underwriter. Her previous work history has given her the experience of closing real estate transactions, which she now uses to verify that procedures are conducted properly. Cheri will be working with our independent agents to identify areas of concern and providing compliance solutions.
Cherí is a member of the Texas Land Title Association where she is an active volunteer and continues to maintain her real estate broker’s license.
Accounts Payable
Emily Froggatt joined FNTI in January of 2014. She completed the Land Title School of Texas sponsored by the Texas Land Title Association in February of 2015.
Policy Department Supervisor
Heather Stubbs joined FNTI in April of 2016 as receptionist, setting up new accounts and assists users with FirstNET Agent Portal, processes home office issue and policy remittances. She is also assisting our Agency Department with certificates of completion for continuing education for FNTI’s monthly webinars.
