Senior Vice President, Southwest Region Manager
D.J. has worked in the title industry since 2003 when he started as an agency representative for a national underwriter. He later joined a Texas-based regional underwriter as an agency representative where he developed business throughout the Southwest.
D.J. is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University with a bachelor of arts degree. He is a member of the Texas Land Title Association and participates on committees and is the chairman of the TLTA PAC annual golf tournament. He is also active in the Arizona and Colorado land title associations and the Center for Brain Health of Dallas.
Vice President, Education & Training
April joins the FNTI team bringing with her 18 years of title experience. She dedicates herself to providing the best service by improving and cultivating an environment where everyone is informed and educated on the title/closing process. She is always seeking the most current information available within our industry, engaging her peers and colleagues on new and different processes, communicating effectively with all parties to ensure that every consumer, client, and party involved understands with certainty that they are her number one priority!
Her goal is to make sure the process is very smooth. She focuses on building relationships with clients, working as a team, and realizes that every day presents an opportunity to learn something new! She believes you should focus on what is important, capture the good times, and develop from the negatives to give the best overall customer service experience to all clients.

VP, Underwriting Counsel - AZ, NM, & Midwest Region
Wendy is a 2012 graduate of Baker University, with a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Summa cum laude. She attended University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2018 with pro-bono honors, CALI Award recipient and winner of the 2017 ABA National Tax Challenge- Best Written Submission. Wendy is Member of the Missouri Bar, the Missouri Land Title Association, and the Kansas Land Title Association, where she serves on the Legislative Committee.
Wendy has been involved in the title and escrow industry for over twenty-four years, and was the General Counsel of Continental Title Holding Company, Inc. Her duties include determining insurability and underwriting by reviewing issues that arise, including (but not limited to), probate, non-probate transfers, foreclosure, divorce, use of power of attorney, trusts, surveys, issuing of endorsements and claims.
Wendy is a guest speaker each semester at UMKC School of Law for the Abandoned Housing Clinic on the topic of title insurance. She frequently teaches clients and employees on topics of interest to foster knowledge of title insurance and topics that affect the real estate market.
Senior Vice President
Geri Hosterman entered the title industry in 1991 as the communications manager at the Texas Land Title Association. She joined a Texas-based regional underwriter in 1993 as agency representative and served as agency operations manager and vice president of Texas agency.
Geri is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor of journalism degree. She is a member of the Texas Land Title Association where she has participated on various committees and served as committee chairman.
Vice President, Agency Manager
Jamie Barker entered the title industry in 2001 and has worked on both the agent and underwriting sides of the business. She also has an extensive background in title software, including her tenure at RamQuest. She uses her knowledge of the RamQuest system to help train agents and assists in solving software issues while attending to her duties as agency representative. Jamie is an active member of the Texas Land Title Association.
Texas Agent Education & Training
Steve has been a Texas Realtor/Broker for over 32 years. He has decades of experience with new home construction, Pre-owned home purchases and sales, Farm & Ranch, Vacation Homes Coastal Resort/Condo, Investment properties, 2nd home purchases. He has extensive experience in many Texas real estate markets. Steve has sold homes in Houston, Austin, Dallas-Ft. Worth, North Padre Island and Corpus Christi.
He understands the challenges, stresses and emotions realtors encounter trying to provide a smooth, successful real estate transaction for their clients. He incorporates his experiences into his CE course writing to bring real life examples to the students. His educational focus centers on helping agents become exceptional in their real estate
practice.
Steve and his wife Melissa live in the Weatherford area. They enjoy travel, gourmet cooking adventures, Wine tours of Texas, Saltwater fishing the Texas coastal bays and family time with the kids and grandchildren.
