Dear Valued AZ Title Agents,
Thank you for being such a valuable part of our company. Year over year Arizona has provided huge growth. We appreciate your loyalty.
Once again, we have listened to our experts in the market, each of you, and have adjusted our rates and rate manual based on your suggestions. Please see the below list of changes to let your offices know of these changes and new rates which will go into effect on April 1, 2022. We wanted to give everyone time to make any changes necessary in your software systems.
Changes to be aware of:
• Raised all rates in all Zones 1%.
• Filed all ALTA Endorsements and simplified Chart form and fees easy to see.
• 2.6.4 & 5, added the ALTA 22 and 22.1 Endorsements
• 2.6.6, Is a new rate - Bundled Residential Reverse Mortgages
• 2.6.7 Is a new rate – Qualified Commercial Refinance Rate
• 2.11 – New Rate – Expedited Refinance Rate
• 2.12 – Raised the Bundled Residential Endorsement Rate fee to $175
• 2.13 – New Rate – Commercial Bundled Endorsement Rate
• Chapter 4 – Removed Investor from this chapter, read carefully
• 6.14 – Raised the CPL fee to $10
• 9.3 – Added a new Commercial Short-Term Rate.
Please note that we have additionally put focus on commercial business for you, in hopes you can use us on your commercial deals. We hope you like these changes. Each title agent provided valuable information and feedback to help us with this new manual.
